Order
By submitting an order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. You also further agree and accept General Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
After you’ve submitted your order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email acknowledging we’ve received your online order. We ask that you make sure the details of your order are accurate, as it cannot be modified once it is submitted. Please note that your order is confirmed ONLY when you receive the confirmation email.
We carry out pre-authorization and security checks on the card information you submitted and may refuse to accept your order if the information fails to check out. We may also refuse to accept your order if we’re unable to obtain authorization for payment, or if the order is incomplete or incorrect.
In above cases, and in the situation where the products are no longer available, we shall inform you by e-mail your order has not been processed specifying the reasons thereof.
Prices
Once you are finished shopping, click "checkout" and you will be directed to the checkout page where you will see the total price of your order. This total will not include the duties which may be imposed by your selected international destination
The prices may be shown in Hong Kong Dollars or those currencies available for selection in the filter. If you made your purchase from overseas, the amount charged to your credit card or online account will be calculated with the exchange rate the day your credit card company process the transaction.
Please note that you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes and/or clearance fees imposed on the item when it is shipped to your country.
Payment
We accept payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. Items are charged to your credit card when thy ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item is shipped.
