Returns and Exchanges
All merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request for an exchange or refund.
To return the products, you should notify us in writing within 7 days, (beginning with the day after you received the products).
The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. The identification tag should still be attached to the products. The products should be returned in their original packaging and should be returned to the us within 14 days from the day the products are received in the mail.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately three days after the returned product is received and confirmed by us that it’s eligible for refund. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Provided that the reason for the return is not because of an error on your part or because the item is faulty or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it.
Before sending your exchange, you should notify us in writing within 7 days, (beginning with the day after you received the products), indicating which item you'd like to exchange.
IONIC only allows exchange for the same item in a different size or color; you will be charged for the reshipment of the item to you. To exchange at IONIC store, please bring your item their original packaging to expedite the process.
